The Pierre Orgle Holdings Code of Conduct provides information:
- To guide employees in order that their business conduct is consistent with the company’s ethical standards.
- To improve the understanding of the company’s ethical standards among customers, vendors and others outside the company.
Whenever you have questions or concerns regarding an ethical situation, you are encouraged to discuss these concerns with local line management. If you do not feel comfortable discussing the concerns face-to-face, you can e-mail the Pierre Orgle Holdings Ethics and Compliance third party handlers.
Such situations may include:
- Theft or fraud
- Accounting or Auditing issues
- Conflicts of Interest
- Inappropriate business gifts
- Safety, Health, or Environmental issues
- Misuse of company assets
- Employee(s) untoward and abrasive character
- Non-compliance with laws
The Pierre Orgle Holdings Ethics and Compliance third-party provider are multi-lingual, to e-mail and report suspected violations of our Code of Conduct. People who wish to submit their concern can choose to remain anonymous. If you contact the Ethics and Compliance third-party provider, a trained specialist, who is employed by an outside firm, will prepare a report that will be forwarded to the appropriate Pierre Orgle Holdings management for review, or, in cases involving auditing, accounting or internal controls issues, to the Audit Committee of the Pierre Orgle Holdings Board of Directors.

The concern will be handled confidentially following the same process that is in place for a trained specialist, who is employed by an outside firm.
